• 1. I’m ready to book my session, what do I need to do?
    Awesome! Simply head over to my contact page and fill out the form. A 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.

  • 2. Do you offer discounts if I book more that 1 session at a time?
    Absolutely. If you book 2 or more sessions at one time then I’ll work up a special discounted quote for you. I also offer a special monthly subscription package for creators in need of frequent content.

  • 3. Where will the session be?
    My sessions are based out of Richmond, VA/ surrounding area. I typically will select the location based on the type of setting the client is looking for. Any specifically requested location requested by the client more than 30 minutes from the zip code 23059 will incur a travel fee.

  • 4. Are there any travel fees?

    Sessions located outside of 30 miles from the zip code 23059 will incur a travel fee of $0.82 per mile after the first 30 miles. The travel fee includes the photographer traveling to and from the destination.

  • 5. What is your cancellation policy?
  • Client may terminate the Agreement and/or reschedule the Services by providing Photographer with written notice no later than 5 days before the original date of the Services. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for Cancellations and Rescheduling unless the Minimum Notice is duly provided or unless the parties otherwise agree in writing. Cancellation by Client will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of the cancellation. The 50% deposit paid to reserve the time and date of the session is non-refundable.

6. What if I’m interested in a service that is not listed?

I would love to help bring your vision to life! If you are interested in a service that is not currently listed under Investment, please fill out the contact form and include a detailed description of the type of service you are looking for. 

 

7. What if there is inclement weather the day of our schedule shoot?

We will reschedule to the next available date and the 50% deposit will be applied to the rescheduled shoot.


  • 8. How do I pay for the branding monthly package?
  • You have the option of paying per month or all at once. If you choose to pay per month, an invoice will be sent at the beginning of each month. The full amount must be paid within 15 days. Please note, the monthly balance must be paid in full before each scheduled session.
